It WAS working, but not after running the troubleshooter that said it had a problem but couldn't fix it? Actually BROKE it it seems? So I ran the troubleshooter again and it complained about our HP Wireless printer (C310A) connected to the router. I've seen older post that sort of implicate the ATIĪlso ran the app fixit troubleshooter and it complained about the PropertyBags hive in HKCU\PRINTERS? It was empty and not on our other W8 system that IS working so I exported it and deleted it. I've got an ATI 4870 display driver, with the latest Driver Packaging Version, 8.97.100.7-121116a-151639C-ATI, and Catalyst Control Center Version 2012.1116.1515.27190, which is the full 13.1 release. Some just open the area for the video and 'circle' the dots for ever, others, like ESPN very quickly I'm on W8 and although MOST Live Tiles work (I have a few that just 'circle' the dots and never open, like USATODAY) those that do WILL NOT play video's.
